We cannot accept exchanges as each item is ONE OF A KIND.

We do not accept exchanges if you change your mind.

We do not refund items that are on sale or have been reduced.

Every item is One of a Kind, handmade with care, passion and love of the handicraft. We at ORA , have taken every effort to describe items in detail and provide clear photos. Please note that colours may appear different it depends on the calibration and settings of your monitor or device.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if you have any questions about any products please contact us.

RETURNS AUTHORISATION

If there is a problem with the manufacture of the garment please contact us via our website to prepare for the processing of a returns authorisation. Please photograph and give a detailed description of the problem in preparation to send after we reply to your authorisation request.

A Return Authority is required for processing a refund and must be requested within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase.
The item being returned must be in original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.

If an item is damaged upon receipt of the delivery, please photograph and give a brief description of the damage and send in an email. You can contact us via our website to request a returns authorisation and we will respond to you promptly.
